The website for New Jersey’s Quantum Vapor has been a frequent stop for us since we pre-ordered an eVic from them back in December. Before going into this particular juice, I’d like to give a little shout out to Eric, one of the owners there, who has been just great to deal with. He’s one of those guys who handles customer service by just being a generally cool guy. While we haven’t had much luck with the eVic (I’ll get around to writing about that one of these days), Eric has always been friendly, understanding, quick to help, and mostly just fun to talk to, even when you’re calling to say you’ve broken another eVic.

Anyway, the juice. Our eVic had originally come with a sampler of five of Quantum’s juices, and we were impressed enough that recently we went back to try a few more. One of the ones we decided to get this time around was Natural Apricot, which we ordered in an 80/20 PG/VG mix with 11 mg/ml of nicotine.
“Refreshing! Like a peach, but not……” – Quantum Vapor
True to their word, this juice turned out to be very much like a peach, in that way that apricots are very much like peaches, being half-peach. It’s not a super-sweet peach candy kind of peach either, but a somewhat subdued, very authentic peachy flavor, with a little of that semi-citrusy tartness that apricots have, being half-citrus.
There isn’t even a hint of perfume, as you so commonly find in fruit juices. It’s a smooth, understated juice that’s easy to vape for extended periods, or just when you want something that’s a little sweet, and a little tangy.
We’ve mentioned before our distrust of juices from vendors we buy hardware from. To every rule there is an exception, and we’ve found Quantum to be one of those. Natural Apricot isn’t the first juice with the signature Quantum orange cap that we’ve been impressed with, and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
