Mad Murdock: 710

Trying to analyze a Mad Murdock juice is sort of like trying to figure out what goes onto a Twinkie without having an ingredient list to look at: there’s probably a whole lot of stuff in there, and a decent chance you don’t really want to know.

710_1We ordered a 30ml bottle of 710 (“oil” upside-down, in keeping with Murdock’s automotive theme) at 9mg nicotine — the only option available at the time — from 310 Vapers. The bottle cost us $18.00, for a per-milliliter cost of $.60.

While 710 screams “chocolate” when you smell and and when you start vaping it, there’s definitely more to it than that.  While a sweet milk chocolate — which we found to be better than most chocolates, though still somewhat waxy and artificial –  is certainly the dominant flavor, there’s also an earthiness to it that’s very coffee-esque.  Below that is another level of sweetness, perhaps a light butterscotch.  There’s also something boozy about at, like rum, though it’s also possible that it’s just a result of not having steeped it long enough to burn off any alcohol in the flavorings.  It’s not an unpleasant taste, though, and not at all perfumy, even if it might be unintended.

This juice is not at all like Pluid.  If that’s what you’re expecting, you’re not going to get it. While 710 is complex like Pluid, it is not nearly as strong a flavor. However, taken on its own, it is certainly a well-made, complex juice worth trying if you’re in the mood for something slightly sweet that won’t overpower your taste buds.
